UNMIS Vacancy Announcements for Sudanese
National General Services
(Locally-recruited General Service staff are employed to carry out clerical and support functions. In all missions, the salaries and conditions of service of local General Service staff are based on local market conditions.)
National Professionals
(National Professional Officers (NPOs) are locally-recruited staff performing Professional functions. The functions performed by NPOs must be professional in nature, have a national content and require national experience and knowledge of local culture, language, traditions and institutions.)
National UN Volunteers
(United Nations Volunteers (UNVs) support the work of many peacekeeping missions. They complement and value add to the mission, by working in substantive and mission support areas as well as by advocating for volunteerism.
